Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • You must provide your order number as proof of purchase.

Please note that returns for change of mind are not accepted. If you wish to return an item for any other reason, return shipping costs will be at your expense..

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@lanocreme.com within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our policy.

Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled for the following reasons:

  • Applying a discount code after purchase
  • Forgetting to add an item to your cart
  • Changing your payment method
  • Change of mind

For all other cancellation requests, please contact hello@lanocreme.com as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, please note that if your order has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately at hello@lanocreme.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and take the necessary steps to resolve it in line with our obligations.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend the following process:

  1. Return the original item – Once your return is approved, you may proceed with a new purchase.
  2. Place a separate order for the replacement item – This ensures faster processing and availability.

Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges, but issuing a new order allows you to receive your new item sooner.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction, as processing times may vary.
