If there are any delays due to stock or other unforeseen issues, you will be contacted by us via email. Products from this online store are all priced in New Zealand dollars.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you have placed and confirmed your order you will receive a confirmation and tracking code via email. Our team aims to dispatch all parcels within 3 working days. Following dispatch please allow 1-3 business days to receive your order in New Zealand.
You will be notified via email if there are any delays in obtaining any items on your order.

Lost or damaged goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@lanocreme.com so we can assist you. Our team works Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm.
We aim to respond to your email within 24 hours.
Order Cancelations
We do not allow order cancellations for the following reasonsÂ
- Adding a discount code to your order
- You forgot to add an item to your cart
- Change of Payment MethodÂ
- Change of mind Â

Common Product Questions
Are Lanocreme products safe during pregnancy?
Yes. Lanolin is highly moisturising and suitable for use during pregnancy. However, we always recommend patch testing any new products to make sure you don’t have any negative skin reactions.
Is Lanolin in all of your products?
Yes! Lanolin is our hero ingredient.
Where are the products made?
We have been making our famous Lanolin products right here in the South Island, New Zealand since the beginning and are proud to be 100% New Zealand made.
I can't find a product
All the products on our website are our current packaging and formulas, if the product is not on our website then it has likely been discontinued
